After signing the contract & submitting a 50% deposit, your wedding day will be booked with us! The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to your date.

At Bouquets and Bowties our goal is to guide you in the vendor selection and to help curate the best vendors for you based on your specific needs and event!
SELECTING YOUR VENDORS
We believe in creating designs that reflect our couples. We work with each couple on a custom design and vision board. Utilizing detailed floorplans and design boards we help bring our clients visions to life through the design process.
DESIGN + VISION
On your wedding day you will have the full support of the Bouquets and Bowties team.
We will be there from start to finish on the wedding day ensuring a smooth and memorable event.
ON YOUR WEDDING DAY
"Wedding planning has so many components, details, and expenses that we never really realized until we began the process of planning our own. Lucky for us, we found Chauncey pretty quickly, and being the seasoned wedding pro that she is, we sailed through the planning process and had the most beautiful and memorable wedding day that we will truly cherish forever. Not only is Chauncey everything you want in a wedding planner (professional, honest, detailed, organized) but she’s also a local native to Charleston and has great standing relationships with so many incredible vendors in and around the city! We live in Ohio but planned a destination wedding in Charleston, so we relied on Chauncey’s input on many details and she never let us down. She offered suggestions that were aligned with our vision and made it a priority to incorporate aspects that meant a lot to us. The day off, we felt completely at ease (aside from normal wedding day nerves of course!) and that’s all you can really ask for. The day flew by, just as people tell you it will, but it was above and beyond our expectations! There are just no words to describe how amazing the Bouquet and Bowties team is. Chauncey and Riley are truly the dynamic duo and made our day truly everything we had envisioned and more. From my first phone call with Chauncey something just clicked and I knew I had to have her along the planning journey and boy was I correct! From her planning guides, vendors recommendations to her budgeting guide our wedding would not have been what it was without this team. They delivered in every single aspect and would not have been as calm and relaxed (especially during my wedding week) without them. My dress strap broke during my first look and Riley had all the tools sew it back together before the ceremony. I’m sure plenty of other things had hiccups along the way but I couldn’t tell you what they were because they handled everything. Any question/concern we had Chauncey was able to answer it or solve it for us. We wish we could get married every year just to continue working with them. to this day our bridal party continues to rave about this team and asked if they could travel to the Northeast to plan their weddings. If you are in the Charleston area - truly look no further!
cannot stress to you enough how much you need Chauncey, Riley and their team. I knew I was going to need a wedding planner because I live in California and was planning a destination wedding in Charleston. From Chauncey and I’s VERY first conversation I knew I wanted to work with her, but I never imagined how integral she would be to our wedding experience. From start to finish Chauncey was incredibly responsive, helpful, kind, creative, thoughtful, and professional. She planned our venue tours, tastings, save the dates, invitations, florals, rentals, photographer, bridal hair and makeup and trials, rehearsal, complete wedding setup/ tear down and a million other tiny details that I don’t even know that she took care of because she just did it. Chauncey and her team completely understood my wedding vibe and esthetic throughout the entire planning process. Her right hand coordinator and fellow wedding planning queen, Riley even made the most EPIC mirror sign for our wedding day. I knew I would have some post wedding blues, but one of the worst parts was not getting to communicate daily/ weekly with Chauncey anymore. When I tell you that you NEED Bouquets and Bowties I truly mean it

I can't say enough great things about Chauncey and Riley, who helped me plan my dream wedding. They managed every step of the wedding planning process -- including flawless execution day-of despite a few unforeseeable challenges -- with dedication, compassion, creativity and positivity.
